Welcome to my personal website. I am Dr. John Smith, a General Physician with over a decade of experience in patient-centered care. My journey in medicine began with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2010, followed by earning my Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Harvard Medical School in 2014. I am board-certified in Family Medicine and hold active licenses in California.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving diverse communities. Since 2018, I have been providing comprehensive care at City General Hospital in San Francisco, managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Prior to this, I served as a Primary Care Physician at Metro Health Clinic in Los Angeles from 2015 to 2018, focusing on preventative medicine and patient education. My medical journey began with a residency in family medicine at State Memorial Hospital in Boston from 2014 to 2015, where I gained extensive experience in emergency and inpatient settings.
Beyond my clinical practice, I am deeply committed to community service. In 2020 and 2021, I volunteered with Doctors Without Borders, delivering medical care to underserved communities in rural Africa. Additionally, I have organized health fairs and community outreach programs to promote health education and disease prevention.
I am honored to have received several awards, including Physician of the Year at City General Hospital in 2021, the Volunteer Excellence Award from Doctors Without Borders in 2021, and the Patient Satisfaction Award at Metro Health Clinic in 2017.
